All membership pricing is for one year unless otherwise specified. 
Private Sector $100
Private Sector - Young Professional* $40
Government Civilian/Academic/Nonprofit $45/3 years
Uniformed Service Member $60/one-time fee, as long as you remain in uniform
Fully Retired (not working in public or private industry) $40

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted through COB (5:00 pm, EST) on March 1, 2021, and must be received in writing to  Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $75.00 per registration.  SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after March 1, 2021.  You may transfer your registration to a colleague at your company/organization if circumstances prevent you from participating in the virtual event.  The cancellation fee and deadline do not apply to government registrations.   

Registration Transfer:
To transfer your registration, please provide ALL of the following information in an email to 1) current registrant's name, 2) substitute's full name with prefix and suffix, if applicable, 3) company/organization name, 4) position title, 5) email address, 6) work address, 7) work phone number, 8) cell phone number, 9) attendee category (private industry, government, etc), Small Business designations, if applicable; 10) Primary NAICS Code, 11) main job responsibility, and 12) seniority level (entry, mid, senior, executive).  As this is an SAME members' only event, the substitute MUST be an SAME member. 
*Also, since the primary function of a registration transfer is to transfer the payment that has been made from the original registrant to a substitute.  If the original registration is Complimentary, it can be cancelled, and the substitute can complete a new registration.
