Registration for Capital Week includes DOD & Program Briefings, breakfast, all-day coffee breaks, networking luncheon, and an ice breaker reception. The Golden Eagle Dinner and AOF Luncheon each require a separate registration fee. Capital Week pricing is structured to allow for maximum discounts for Early registrants! See rates below. All Registration and Membership fees are per person. Capital Week is for SAME Members ONLY. However, non-members can purchase an SAME membership during the registration process, in conjunction with your registration! Registration is now open!

Cancellation Policy:Cancelations for DOD Briefings were accepted through February 25, 2022. SAME regrets that refunds can no longer be issued, except for uniformed service and government with orders. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference. The substitute must be a member of SAME to attend.
Registration Transfer:
To transfer your FY23 DOD & Federal Program Briefings registration to someone else in your company, please have the substitute register for Capital Week. The substitute must be a member of SAME; this is a member-ONLY event. On the Payment page, the new individual should click the down arrow for the “Payment Method” and select “send invoice” from the menu. The Registration should then be submitted but a payment by credit card not made. An email to registration@same.org should be sent when this is completed to request the transfer. The original registration will be cancelled and the fee paid will be transferred to the substitute’s registration. Refunds cannot be issued when the process is not followed.
Golden Eagle Dinner Transfer Policy:
If you can no longer attend the Golden Eagle Dinner, please send an email to registration@same.org. Refunds will not be granted. However, registrations for the Golden Eagle Dinner can be transferred to another individual; please provide full information for the individual who will use the ticket to registration@same.org.
