Join friends and colleagues and help support our nation’s future engineering leadership at the SAME Foundation’s 2024 Fundraising Reception and Silent Auction, being held as part of the 2024 Capital Week. Being held on March 25 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Rockville, MD, the SAME Foundation Fundraising Reception is your opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow SAME members all in support of developing young and emerging leaders within the A/E/C profession.

In addition to this premier evening event, place your bids for this year’s Silent Auction, running from March 1 through 26 and being run by the Academy of Fellows, with all proceeds from this year’s auction benefit the SAME Foundation. Review some of the great experiences up for auction this year—including hiking in the Rockies, beach houses with dinner, golf outings, and more—and place your best bid below.

 

Bidding is Now Open for the Silent Auction

The SAME Foundation online silent auction is now live, and will run from March 1 - March 26, 2024. 

Participants will have the opportunity to bid online for experiences with SAME National Past Presidents, vacation destinations around the U.S., dining experiences, sporting event tickets, private Olympic Medalist swim lessons, handmade jewelry and gifts, and other one-of-a-kind SAME items and experiences.

You do not have to be present to bid or to collect your prize, this is open to everyone!

Winning bidders will be notified after the Capital Week SAME Foundation Fundraising Reception.

About the SAME Foundation

Established in 2016, the SAME Foundation supports programs that help introduce youth to STEM, support them on their journey to STEM careers, and develop emerging leaders within the A/E/C profession. Signature efforts include the SAME Leader Development Program, Camps Mentoring Program, and STEM Pathways Program. The SAME Foundation also provides a secure and beneficial repository for charitable and other bequeaths from members of the Society and the public.
